EDUCATION: I graduated from the Secondary Pedagogical School of Pre-school and Out-of-School Pedagogy

I joined the Stromáček children's group in 2016 as a teacher of the Lions' class. I was working with children aged 3-6 at the time and this experience immediately reassured me that working with children is what gives me deep meaning.
A year later, I took over the management of the Monkey class, designed for the very youngest - children from 16 months to 3 years. Working with them is full of tenderness, patience and the daily joy of small progress, and I have come to love it. Music has been with me all my life - I have a degree in piano and I also play guitar. I use these skills daily when working with children, whether it be through singing, musical games or movement activities. I was also very inspired by the music education seminar led by Prof. Eva Jenčková, which opened up more opportunities for me to create with children and develop their natural musicality.

During my studies at secondary school I gained experience in kindergartens and this experience gave me a solid foundation for my future career path. It gradually led me to the leadership of the whole team - first as deputy director and later, after an offer I gladly accepted, as director of the Stromáček children's group. Since January 2023 I have also been the director of the Stromáček children's group, a nursery for children from 1 year old in Prague 6. Since May 2025 I have also had the honour of leading the Beránek children's group.
As part of my job, I play the role of creative director - I take care not only of the running of the groups, but also of their overall visual style, atmosphere and content. I plan and create a programme that is playful, varied and respects the individual needs of each child. I focus on promoting fine motor skills, speech prevention, music activities and daily outdoor movement. My goal is for each playgroup I lead to be a place where children feel safe, accepted and motivated to explore the world. I place great emphasis on an individual approach and open communication with parents, as I believe that it is together that we can create a truly solid and loving start in life for children.

My biggest inspiration is my son. Thanks to him, every day I understand again and again how important quality early childhood care is - and that's why I try to make our playgroups not just a place for babysitting, but above all an environment full of joy, trust and discovery.
