Who are we?
The Stromáček children's group combines a family atmosphere and an individual approach to child development. ORANGERYPARK - Stromáček is the second kindergarten of the concept Orangerywhich has been enjoying the popularity of parents and their children for several years.
We offer parents care for children from 1 year to 6 years.
For children from 1 year the Stromáček creche is open right in the building
Education in our DS is based on the education plan. We devote ourselves to the children aged 20 months to 6 years. We offer individual care to children and parents, which is ensured, among other things, by the low number of children in the class.
The tree is designed for children aged 20 months - 6 years. Each class has a capacity of 6 children. Stromáček is open from 7:30-15:30. From 15:30-17:00 is the afternoon club.
Children develop linguistically in a natural bilingual environment. In English classes, a native speaker is present to give children the experience of a natural foreign language environment. The children quickly get used to everyday words and phrases, and within a few months begin to understand and later communicate with the native teacher. With this approach, we give the child an irreplaceable input into life, where they develop a positive relationship with the foreign language on which they can continue to build.

ORANGERY PARK
is a place where we create the best conditions for children's personal development, where they feel joy and security, what they need to gain as an input for their further development and personal growth.
Children in this period discover their strength, imagination, memory, speech, emotions, social and psychological development and we give them enough space and respect to do so. We promote an individual approach to children and teaching.
Frequently asked questions
How old do you accept children?
Our nursery accepts children from 1 year of age. In the children's group Stromáček we accept children from 2.5 years.
How many children and teachers are in each class?
We have 6 children per class per day. In bilingual classes we have a Czech teacher and a native speaker. In our nursery we have 2 teachers in one class.
Do you have class meetings in your playgroup?
The first class meetings take place in August before the start of the new school year.
During the school year, you can make an individual appointment with the playgroup director at any time.
In the middle of the school year, teachers will offer you the opportunity for individual consultations about your child's progress.
What is my child's typical daily schedule?
Your child's typical day starts with a warm welcome and a conversation about their needs for the day. Your child is given the time needed to learn new skills, develop physical fitness, learn to manage his or her emotions, make lifelong friends, and foster a love of learning through daily care, indoor and outdoor activities, supplemented by storytelling, conversation, meals, and rest.
What kind of diet is in your children's group?
Our food is of organic quality from Bionea.
What if my child is gluten and lactose intolerant?
If your child has a strict diet due to allergies, you can bring your own food to us. If he/she only has an intolerance, we can provide diet food in our dining room.
Can you provide vegetarian food?
Yes. Our cafeteria also cooks vegetarian meals.
Are you open all year round, especially during the summer holidays?
Our playgroup is open throughout the school year and during the summer holidays. Summer attendance is flexibly adapted to your individual needs - in July and August you choose your own specific attendance days according to your holiday.
Operations are interrupted only during public holidays and the last week of August, when preparations for the new school year are underway.
Can my baby have diapers?
We're ready for diapers. Our teachers will be happy to help you with diapering your children.
Can we have combined attendance? (example: 1x full day and 1x half day)
Combined attendance is not a problem in our playgroup. If you have a day set as morning attendance only and exceptionally you would like your child to stay for an afternoon nap, just let us know in advance.
What about compensatory time for excused days?
There is a fixed number of alternate days for the entire school year, which depends on your child's chosen attendance. You can choose between financial compensation and attendance compensation; these options cannot be combined.
If you exhaust all refunds and your child is, for example, ill or injured for a long time, it is possible to make individual arrangements for attendance refunds.
If you are planning a longer holiday after the refunds have been used up, we will not provide new refunds.
Does my child have a secure place in the nursery group if he/she transfers from the nursery (Nativity)?
Yes. The nursery children and the children from the Treehouse are enrolled first. Once our children are fully enrolled, we open enrollment for new children.
What is the notice period of the contract?
The notice period is 2 months. If we find a replacement for your child sooner, you can withdraw from the contract earlier.
How is the adaptation process?
Adaptation in our children's group normally takes one month. If necessary, the adaptation can be extended individually after consultation with the class teacher and the director.
The first month is designed for gradual adaptation - on the first day, the child spends approximately one hour in the playgroup. The length of stay is gradually extended according to the child's individual adaptation. Pick-up times will be arranged with the class teacher on an ongoing basis.
During the adaptation period, the parent is available near the building to pick up the child early if needed.
During the adaptation period, you only pay for the actual hours worked, full billing starts from the following month.
Adaptation takes place without the presence of parents in the premises of the children's group.
What if the adaptation doesn't go well? Can we cancel the contract now?
Yes. You can terminate your attendance immediately without 2 months' notice during the adaptation period.
Do you have an excuse slip app?
We have the Twigsee app. In this app, you can excuse your child and the teachers will send you photos from the day's program. You will receive all information about events, clubs, trips and changes in the program from the teachers through this app.
Do you go out in the rain?
Yes. We try to go out with the kids, whatever the weather.
What do we need to take our child to your playgroup?
If your child uses diapers, please bring them along with wet wipes. Please have plenty of spare clothes in the clothes box and a raincoat or waterproof jacket in case of bad weather.
If you wish your child to wear slippers, you can bring them. However, due to the underfloor heating, we do not require slippers in the Treehouse.
In the autumn and spring season, please equip your children with boots. In the summer months, don't forget headgear, a drinking bottle and sunscreen.
Please sign all clothes!!!
Can my child be with you even at preschool age?
Yes. Our other branch is an accredited kindergarten under the Ministry of Education. Thanks to it, you can be with us even at preschool age.

How do people do business in this industry? We interviewed Romana Falge, an entrepreneur who owns a network of several establishments ranging from a nursery to an elementary school. She is also the co-author of the book Private Corporate Nursery from A to Z, where she advises other businessmen and women.
She started working in the field in 2008, when she opened a bilingual kindergarten for fifty-five children called Orangery, after the reconstructed castle orangery in the Dolno Polesnice castle park.
