II. Conditions for admission and attendance of children

A child may be admitted to the facility if he or she meets the conditions set out in these regulations (age, health of the child, the parent meets the requirements for a supported person (is in an employment relationship, is receiving education in an accredited retraining course, is registered with the Labour Office) and if the capacity of the facility allows admission.

The written application is submitted by the parent directly to the head of the facility, the application is accepted only if completely filled out. The decision to admit a child to the facility is made by the facility manager.

In the event of an excess of interest over the capacity of the facility, a waiting list is created, which is the basis for the admission of children.

Applications can be submitted in person, by post or by email, always to the head of the facility. Parents are notified of the acceptance or non-acceptance of their child within 14 days of receipt of the application.

Documents required for admission to the facility:

  • a binding application form for the children's group including a completed certificate from the children's doctor certifying that the child is medically fit and has been properly vaccinated
  • confirmation of the supported person's status on the labour market
  • monitoring sheet of the supported person

 

 

III. Attendance of children

Method of taking the child: The parent hands the child to the caregiver or nurse at the door to the classroom.

Children usually arrive between 7.30 and 9.00. By prior arrangement, it is possible to receive a child at any time of the day. If a child does not arrive, the parents must excuse him/her no later than 14:00 the previous day in Webooker, otherwise they must pay for the meals in full. The parent will receive the password to the Webooker system after the child has logged in to the email address provided. Meals can be picked up at the facility from 11:00 am to 11:30 am in their own clean containers.

Children are brought and taken to the facility by their parents or another person over 18 years of age who is authorized in advance and in writing by the parents. Parents will write it on the child's registration/registration form. They must pick up the child no later than 5 p.m. In the event that the child is not collected from the facility within one hour of closing time without a note from the parents, or in the event that the staff fails to contact the parents, they are authorised to contact the local police department who, in conjunction with the social welfare authority, will deal with the situation appropriately.

If a child's unexcused absence exceeds 1 month, the operator reserves the right to decide to remove the child from the playgroup.

All documentation related to the child's admission and subsequent stay in the nursery is registered with the nursery manager. After the end of attendance, the documentation is handled according to the file and shredding regulations. All documentation is considered sensitive and subject to data protection.

 

 

IV. Obligations of parents

  • Parents are properly informed of their child's medical condition and are required to report to the classroom if the child has come into contact with an infectious disease
  • parents report the absence of their child in a timely and proper manner
  • parents supported by the project are obliged to report changes in their labour market status
  • parents are required to report changes in their residence and telephone numbers

 

 

V. Fees for operation and meals

The fee for the child's stay in the children's group is paid by the parents upon the child's entry for the first month as agreed with the founder. The operator provides the childcare service with partial payment of the costs by the parents. For the following month, payment is always due by a pre-agreed date or according to the due date of the invoice. The parents shall always pay the boarding fee in arrears according to the child's actual attendance together with the fee for the child's stay in the nursery. The method of payment is agreed by the parents when the child enters the nursery. It can be paid in cash or by cashless payment based on the invoice that the parent receives on the email provided. The flat monthly fee is always paid by parents regardless of the child's actual attendance at the nursery. Based on a signed contract, parents may receive financial or attendance refunds for their child's absence. The price list is available on the website www.orangerypark.cz.

 

 

VI. Mode of the day

  • 7.30 - 9.00 - children coming to the nursery, free play, activities offered
  • 9.00 - 9.30 - age-appropriate movement activities (for the development of gross motor skills), simple rhyming activities (frog jumping, bicycle-bike, bunny...), crawling and climbing over obstacles (benches, children's tunnels, obstacle slalom) "teaching": drawing, learning poems, rhymes, modelling, colour recognition, activities with didactic aids - all aimed at the development of fine motor skills, imagination, thinking, expressive skills, etc.
  • 9.30 - 10.00 - hand washing, morning snack
  • 10.15 - preparation for the walk, walk (Stromovka park)
    • in case of very sunny or frosty weather, we treat children's faces with creams with protective factors
    • when children are outdoors, ventilation of rooms
  • 11.15 - 11.30 - toilets, hand washing and preparation for lunch
  • 11.30 - 12.00 - lunch. Followed by hand washing.
  • 12.15 - 13.00 - Picking up children from the morning programme
  • 12.30 - 14. 15 - changing and putting children down for afternoon rest, time according to the child's needs, midday rest
  • 14.15 - 15.00 - getting up (individually according to the needs of the children), changing, toileting, hand washing, afternoon snack
  • 15.00 - 15:30 - afternoon clubs 

 

VII. Method of ensuring a suitable microclimate

Ensuring the microclimate in the classroom

  • room temperature 22 ̊⁰C, air temperature control is carried out using a wall thermometer or a weather station placed at a height of 120 cm above the floor
  • Ventilation regime - ventilation is regular according to the weather conditions before the arrival of children to the children's group, during their stay outside, before the children sleep and as needed
  • the classroom is sufficiently illuminated by daylight and artificial lighting

 

VIII. Requirements for hygiene and antiepidemic regime and laundry handling

Method and frequency of cleaning and cleaning

Daily cleaning

  • wiping all floors wet, taking out the garbage, cleaning the carpet with a vacuum cleaner
  • using cleaning agents with disinfectant effect to wash sinks, toilet bowls, toilet seats (including potties), door handles
  • wiping children's tables

Weekly

  • washing the shelves with tools, wiping the shelves for toys, wiping the boxes where the kits are stored
  • wiping children's chairs
  • wiping shoeboxes in the cloakroom, wiping lockers
  • replacement of the textile pad on the changing table in the cloakroom
  • disinfection of handles, switches

Monthly

  • change of bed linen 1x every 3 weeks
  • washing all toys

General

  • washing of windows including frames and light fittings at least twice a year
  • twice a year general cleaning of all areas of the childcare facility
  • four times a year showering the balls from the pool, wiping the pool wet
  • once every two years painting, if necessary immediately

Handling of laundry

  • bed linen is changed once every 3 weeks
  • each child has his/her cot marked with a sign
  • bedding and pyjamas are placed in the shelves after airing
  • children use disposable towels in the nursery
  • disposable nappies are used in the nursery, which are stored in a special nappy bin and thrown into the mixed waste every day

 

 

IX. Cooperation with parents

  • parents monitor the child's adaptation, follow the instructions of the caregiver
  • communicate both positive and negative comments to the playgroup leader or carer as soon as possible
  • parents also use the class email to communicate with the caregiver
  • Parents participate in the activities of the children's group and are thus involved in the events

 

 

X. Termination of attendance

  • before joining the playgroup, parents must notify the playgroup leader that they will not be joining the playgroup; two months' notice is given
  • if the child is not able to adapt to the new environment (by mutual agreement of the parents and the caregiver)
  • if the child's medical condition puts other children at risk
  • if the parent does not fulfil his/her obligations and violates the rules of the children's group, if he/she does not fulfil the conditions of the contract

 

The operating rules of the children's group are approved by the founder and are valid from 1 May 2025.
