I’m originally from Upstate New York in the United States. I recently moved to Prague in January, where I earned my TEFL certification and have continued doing what I love most, teaching English.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Marketing from a college in Florida. Throughout my life, I have always enjoyed tutoring and mentoring others, and helping people learn has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. I have worked with students of different ages and have taught a variety of English courses, but working with children is by far my favorite.
I am an energetic, patient, and encouraging teacher who believes learning should be engaging and enjoyable. One of the things I love most about teaching children is their enthusiasm, curiosity, and excitement as they gain confidence speaking English. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where every student feels comfortable participating and growing.
Outside of teaching, I love traveling, exploring new places, and trying new experiences. I’m also a big fan of movies, especially fantasy films, and I enjoy expressing my creativity through arts and crafts. Scrapbooking is one of my favorite hobbies, and I love finding creative ways to preserve memories.
